Specifies the reference to a Parties record for a particular Hospital group.
Note: Only for use by the Mississippi State Department of Health.
DescriptionUsers of the EBC system belong to groups of hospitals. Each hospital has its own Parties record. This entry links a group of hospital users with the Parties record for their hospital and is used to assign the Place Of Birth when new records are inserted.
